Hi, I’m Amy - though I answer to Amy Marie, Mommy, and Babe (that last one’s my wife 💛).

I’m a portrait photographer who believes women deserve to be seen - fully, confidently, and without apology. The beauty, the strength, the joy… and yes, even the messy, tender, in‑between moments. Because all of it counts.

As women, we’re really good at taking care of everyone else. Partners. Kids. Parents. Jobs. Homes. Pets. Dinner. The list never ends. Somewhere along the way, we fall off it. Not here.

At AMR Photography, you come first. Always. Whether we’re creating a family session or a boudoir experience, the heart of it is celebrating you - not just as a mother, but as a woman with her own story, spark, and presence.

I know this deeply. When I was a young mom, I stayed behind the camera. Looking back at old photos, I’m barely in them. And when I talk to other women, I hear the same thing again and again: they avoided photos because they didn’t feel beautiful, confident, or worthy of being seen.

That never sat right with me.

So I decided to change the story - starting with my own. After years of dabbling in photography, I leaned in fully. I learned how to truly listen, to observe with intention, and to create a space where women feel relaxed, celebrated, and genuinely themselves.
