FAQ

What time is my session? Your session is usually scheduled for either morning or evening (sunrise or sunset.) Due to weather and time of year, these times can vary. We will confirm the exact time 5-7 days before your session.

When will I receive my gallery? Galleries are usually delivered to clients in 2 weeks. Sometimes this can vary during busy season (fall). I will always let you know if they will be delayed. Your professional online gallery will delivered via email including the link to download your images. Feel free to share the gallery with your family and friends who might wish to place a print order as well. Remember- portraits make great gifts for parents, grandparents and siblings!!!

How long is my gallery live? Your gallery will be live for 30 days. We recommend that you complete downloading your images prior to this time. Once your gallery is deactivated, there is a fee of $50-100 to reactivate the gallery depending on how long ago the gallery was deactivated.

How do I download my images? From your gallery there will be a link that allows you to “download all” or you can click and download individual images. IT is recommended that you download your gallery to 2 different places. This is usually your computer’s hard drive and an external hard drive. be sure to label everything as you don’t want to lose your beautiful family portraits.

Can I order prints from you or where can I get prints made? It is ideal for your to print some of your images to hang on your wall. I mean you did the work to get beautiful portraits. There will be a Price Sheet attached to your gallery where you can directly order from my printer, Miller’s Photo Lab. If you choose to go this route, the prints and products will be delivered directly to your home. If you are not ready to order prints when your gallery is live, then I would suggest that you order from MPIX. MPIX is the consumer department of Miller’s. You can check out their website at www.mpix.com. I also can help you with custom gallery walls, cards, prints, etc. Please just ask me.

What to wear? Wardrobe should be comfortable and reflect who you are. I do not recommend matching but rather coordinating. Stay away from BIG logos as they can be distracting and date your portraits. I am happy to consult you directly if you are interested.  Just let me know. 

When is my session fee due? Your session rate can be found on the investment page. To book your session, you must pay your non refundable retainer of $150-200, depending on session type. The balance of your session is due 1 week before your session.

Do you offer Payment Plans? YES! Beautiful portraits are for everyone, and I want to make it as easy for you as possible. AMR offers the following options:

1. Pay in full. Retainer due in order to book session and balance due 1 week before session. Payments are accepted via debit, credit and PayPal.

2. Affirm is a great financing option that we offer, if you agree to the terms and interest rate.  This will be best completed before your final balance is due.  If you are paying with Affirm, you'll want to get a virtual card number from them.

3. In house post payment plan. Retainer must be paid to book session, then $200 down payment required the day of your session to begin this option.  You will have up to 12 months to complete your purchase with a minimum $200/month payment that is auto drafted each month.  A signed contract along with two current debit/credit cards are required to be on file.  Images and products will be delivered after the payment is completed in full.
